How to Browse Products

Your can browsing products by:

  • Click “Shop By Category” button on the page header, select the category, or select “See all categories” link to browse products.
  • On the Main Menu, select the category, or select “See all categories” link to browse products.
  • Click the Buy > Shopping on page footer to view all products, you can select category on left sidebar to refine your browsing.

How to Search Products

Your can search products by:

  • Entry your search condition on the “Search for products” textbox on the page header, select the category, then press enter or click the “Search” button to start your search.
  • Search results page will display all products which match your search condition.

Add Products to Wishlish

To add a product to your wishlish, you can:

  • On products browse page, click the “add to wishlish” button.
  • On product detail page, click the “add to wishlish” button.

 

To view your wishlish products information, Go to My Trade > My Wishlish, you can see all of your wishlish products.

Add Products to Shopping Cart

To add a product to shopping cart, you can:

  • On products browse page, click the “add to cart” button.
  • On product detail page, click the “add to cart” button.

To view your shopping cart information, Go to My Trade > Shopping Cart, or click the shopping cart icon on the top of the page. you can see all of products in your shopping cart. you can:

  1. Entry coupon code to your shopping cart.
  2. Update your shopping cart products.
  3. Proceed to checkout.

Buying as a Guest

You can purchase products without having an account by using guest checkout. If you want to bid on or sell items or leave feedback for sellers, you’ll need to register an account.

When buying as a guest, you can:

  • Enquiry product
  • Contact seller
  • View shopping cart
  • Processing payment

To view your order details and track the item, you’ll need to open your order confirmation email and see order detail information.

If you didn’t receive the item, or it doesn’t match the listing description, you’re covered by the Seller’s Money Back Guarantee.

Paying for Order

You can pay for orders using PayPal, credit cards, or debit cards. Other ways to pay include gift cards, coupons, and more.

You can also pay to the seller directly via offline. If you select this payment, you need to contact the seller directly, and pay to seller manually via offline after place order. You can use bank transfer,  check, cash, or any payment type that the seller accepted to pay to seller directly.

Before you bid or buy, check the listing to see which payment methods the seller accepts.

When you check out and pay, make sure to verify or change your shipping details. When you select PayPal to pay order, and you have a PayPal account,  you’ll just confirm and pay. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can select another payment method on paypal payment gateway, such as a credit or debit card. You’ll then confirm your order details and pay through PayPal guest checkout.

You’ll get an email letting you know your payment was received and your order detail.

To speed things up in checkout, you can create an acount and save your billing address and shippping address.

Shipping and Tracking

Your ordered items will be shipped by seller directly after you place your order and the payment has been received. You will receive a email when your ordered items are shipped.

You can login your account to view your order status, or contact the seller  to check your order status directly.

Cancel an Order

You’re the buyer and want to cancel a purchase

If you have placed an order and want to cancel, please contact the seller directly. you can contact the seller as below:

  • Go to Buy > Stores to find the seller store,  click View button to open the seller store page, on the left side of the store page,  entry your contact information on Contact Seller panel.
  • Go to My Trade > Purchase history to view your order detail and contact the seller using the seller information as display.

You’re the seller and want to cancel a sale

If you are a seller, and want to cancel a sale, you need to login your seller account and cancel the order on the seller dashboard.

Return & Refund

If you have placed an order and received the ordered items, and you want to return some of the items, please contact the seller directly. You can contact the seller as below:

  • Go to Buy > Stores to find the seller store,  click View button to open the seller store page, on the left side of the store page,  entry your contact information on Contact Seller panel.
  • Go to My Trade > Purchase history to view your order detail and contact the seller using the seller information as display.

Contact Seller

If you want to contact a seller,  you can do as below:

  • Go to Buy > Stores to find the seller store,  click View button to open the seller store page, on the left side of the store page,  entry your contact information on Contact Seller panel.
  • On any product detail page, click the Seller Info tab,  then click the seller name under the Seller Information to open the seller store page, on the left side of the store page,  entry your contact information on Contact Seller panel.
  • On any product detail page, click the Product Enquiry tab, you can entry your enquiry information, and then click the submit enquiry button, your enquiry will send to the seller.
