How to Sell On Pharm Trade

Selling on our website is as easy as 1-2-3. This page will give you the basics on how to sell online. Plus, our quick listing tool will help you at every step.

To sell on our website, you first need to register for an account if you don’t have one. Your account must also be set up for selling. You may need to verify your contact information and add an Subscription Package to publish your products and pay your seller fees. You can then start selling by following these steps:
  1. Select Sell and then Login.
  2. On Seller Dashboard -> Subscription, you can chose your seller package, and buy your seller package.
  3. On Seller Dashboard -> Products, you can create your product listing and publish your products.
  4. Before the end of your seller package period or billing period , you will receive a payment notification email, you can pay you fee or bill as the instructions .

You can use your seller account to sell or buy products on our website.

How to Register a Seller Account

Select Sell and then Register, chose “I am a seller” option, and then entry your contact information.

When a seller registers an account for the first time in a Marketplace, they get the opportunity of using this wizard. It gives the seller a step by step guideline to set up their store easily. At first, it shows an introduction of the quick setup wizard.

After clicking ‘Let’s Go!’ button, the wizard takes you to the store setup page where you have to provide details about your store. You can set how many products will be showed in your store. Besides that, you can include your address and other relevant information. In addition, you can define whether you want to display your email address in the store or not. When are you done, click on the Continue button.

Please Note: You can skip this step, but you have to include this information later from you Store Setting page.

The second step helps you to configure your payment options. You can include:

  • Customers pay to seller directly

After providing all the information, click on the Continue button. It will show you a confirmation message and ask you to go to your store dashboard. You can also return to the marketplace by clicking on the link at the bottom of the wizard.

How to Switch to a Seller Account

If you have register a buyer account, and now you want to switch to a seller account, you could do this as below step by step:

Sign In your account:

Select Sign in and then entry your email address and password, chose “Login” button to login your buyer account.

Goto Account Setting

Click the Account Setting link under your name on the topbar, open the “account setting” page.

Switch to Become a Seller

Click the Become a Seller link under “My Dashboard” page.

Provide Details About Your Store

Entry details information about your store on the “Update account to Seller” page. Then click the “Become a Seller button to confirm.

Congratulation, you have switched to a seller successfully. You can setup your store and begin to listing and selling your products on our website now.

 

How to Switch Back to a Buyer Account

If you have register a seller account, you cannot switch back to a buyer account.

If you want to buy something on our website, you did not need to switch back to a buyer account. You can use your seller account to buy any products on our website.

How to Setting Up My Store and Listing Products

What is a store?

Store is the place where seller will showcase all his products in an interactive design. From the store a customer will get seller’s product, contact information, store location, and all other information in one view. seller will see the page by navigating to Seller DashboardSetting Store Visit Your Store .

What Are the Fees for Selling

To become a seller and open a store is free.

A seller subscription fee will be charged when you want to listing and selling your products after you open your store.

The seller fees are the fee that you listing your products on our website and selling your products from our website, these will include subscription fee and some additional fees.

The seller fees are base on your listing products quantity and online time. You can navigating to Seller DashboardSubscription to check and chosen a subscription plan for your business.
